Eileen is a passionate nursing leader with over 23 years of experience in healthcare. Currently, she serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), where she plays a key role in safety and quality initiatives, linking senior management and frontline staff. As the Nursing Champion for Safety and Risk, Eileen contributes to the Safety Committee, demonstrating her commitment to enhancing patient care and staff safety. Her dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including the MOH Nurses Merit Award and the COVID-19 Resilience Medal. Eileen also leads initiatives to create a safe work environment for hospital staff.
