Over the last 23 years, Eric has worked directly with patients as a clinician and sector developer in the public agency responsible for the development of the intermediate and long-term care industry for 17 years. As the Director for Allied Health, he leads a diverse team of high performing Allied Health Heads of Departments that spans across 14 Allied Health disciplines, delivery quality care for the patients and the community. Eric also leads the Allied Health Operations team that drives the clinical operations for the 14 Allied Health services and key clinical support services such as Clinical Laboratory, Department of Radiology and Rehabilitation. As an industry leader, he also Chairs the National Community Rehabilitation Transformation Workgroup that looks at transforming rehabilitation services in the community. As the Director of Regional Health Office as well, Eric is also co-leading the Regional Health Office to develop and implement the population health strategies as part of the national efforts to achieve a Healthier SG and to better support care transition and integration.
