Ms. Lilian Yew, Chief Nurse at Raffles Hospital, has over 32 years of healthcare experience. She also serves as the Raffles Accredited Programme Provider Director, leading Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) initiatives. Under her leadership, Raffles Hospital achieved ANCC re-accreditation distinction twice and won the NCPD Premier Award in 2022 and 2024. A lifelong learner, Lilian holds master's degrees in health sciences and education and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Healthcare Management. She launched the Raffles Nursing Professional Practice Model and the Raffles Nursing Times e-newsletter. Lilian volunteered her time on the Boards of the Singapore Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau’s Upsilon Eta Chapter. She received the SkillsFuture Fellowship Award in 2024, was a Top 10 finalist for the 2023 Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award and was honored as "Chief Nurse of the Year" by Hospital Management Asia in 2023. In 2024, she was recognized with the Global Women of Influence Award and co-authored the Amazon best-selling "MyVoice Volume 8," benefiting the Singapore Children’s Society.
