"Tilda is a dedicated physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation and healthcare. She holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a registered therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

Since joining St. Andrew’s Community Hospital in 2004, she has worked across inpatient rehabilitation, community care, and active ageing programs. Her diverse experience has shaped her expertise in delivering patient-centered therapy across different stages of recovery and wellness.

Currently, Tilda leads a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals providing rehabilitation services in outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and migrant worker communities. She plays a key role in ensuring rehabilitation services remain accessible and effective.

Beyond clinical care, Tilda recognized the need to upskill therapy assistants to contribute more meaningfully to community healthcare. She spearheaded a structured training program to equip them with essential skills, improving patient care and creating career progression opportunities.

Passionate about workforce development and service innovation, Tilda actively mentors, trains, and optimizes therapy programs to enhance patient outcomes. She remains committed to driving initiatives that empower both patients and healthcare professionals alike."
