As the Head of Health Services at Singlife, I lead a team of medical professionals and analysts to design and deliver innovative health solutions for our customers and partners. With a Master's Degree in Public Health and a Membership of Royal College of Surgeons, I have over 10 years of experience in clinical practice, research, and education in various healthcare settings. I have acquired multiple certifications and awards in emergency medicine, trauma care, occupational health, and telemedicine. I am passionate about improving health outcomes, enhancing patient experience, and advancing healthcare standards in Singapore and beyond. I also contribute to the professional development of my peers and juniors as a committee member of the Telemedicine Workgroup at Singapore Medical Association and an instructor at the American College of Surgeons. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and support the mission and vision of Singlife.
