Positive energy is growing here at Cybernet Manufacturing as the excitement is building up in the weeks preceding Australian Healthcare Week.

We always try to help overcome any issues to improve the Australian Healthcare processes, much like we helped the Government of Southern Australia when they were looking to switch to a new EMR and complement it with the right medical computer.

Back in 2020, when COVID was running rampant, we presented SA Health with our medical cart computers, our CyberMed NB Series, which we thought would be perfect for them since they were looking for a mobile antimicrobial solution. We believe this is an important feature for computers that are used by many clinicians and different shifts.

We worked with the Government of SA and helped them understand all the features and how they can help them in their workflow.

The hot swappable batteries are a good example. The SA Government loved the fact that they could change batteries while the computer is on and simply charge the batteries when not in use. That means they have a computer that’s on 24/7 and never needs to be plugged in.

They instantly saw the potential in our medically certified computers that have no downtime and can be moved and used anywhere since they’re made for the harshest environments, are IP65 rated for easy disinfecting, and fanless to suit operating and emergency rooms. The sky was the limit.

Nothing warms our heart more than when we see our customers happy and satisfied, that’s why we were so pleased when they reached back out in 2022 to tell us they still love the solutions and want to acquire even more units of our battery powered medical computers.
