Dr. Binh Tran is a seasoned technology strategist and consulting leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and business strategy. He currently serves as the Head of Consulting at FPT Australasia and as the Digital Transformation Portfolio Head at FPT Software. In these roles, he drives innovative frameworks and models for Fortune 1000 enterprises, focusing on cost optimization, cloud adoption, total data management, and digital platform monetization.
Dr. Tran has also held key leadership positions in academia and industry. Notably, he served as Chief Information Officer and Dean at Hoa Sen University, where he spearheaded significant digital transformation initiatives and academic expansion. His broad expertise spans digital strategy, enterprise solution design, and business transformation, making him a trusted advisor in both public and private sectors.
Dr. Tran holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from RMIT University and is widely recognized for his ability to bridge technology and business to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
