Glenn is the General Manager of Strategy & Growth at IPC Health, a leading community health service in Melbourne's western suburbs. He is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, focusing on a holistic response across medical, mental health and social determinants of health; addressing systemic inequities; and driving transformative change. Glenn is a strong advocate for consumer driven healthcare, including genuine consumer co-production, emphasising consumer experience, co-design, and continuous consumer partnership in planning and governance. He oversees delivery of IPC Health’s services for children and families, and the implementation of key IPC Health business strategies, including co-design and implementation of IPC Health's transition to a new biopsychosocial, interdisciplinary service model, and an ongoing portfolio of strategic service innovations.
