Sue Cunningham is a Strategy & Transformation leader with extensive experience driving large-scale change in for-purpose organizations across health, emergency services, aged care and international development. With significant experience in leading transformative and complex projects - including initiating a $500 million project to deliver a strategic reform program for an ambulance service - Sue has deep experience ensuring projects are successfully initiated and governed. Sue also led the development of a business & digital Transformation Strategy for a $240 million NFP organisation by designing & delivering a portfolio of strategies that improved customer experience and reduced technical risk through the implementation of an enterprise-wide digital optimization roadmap. Currently, Sue is leading Strategy and Transformation functions at Monash Health, a $3 billion health service undergoing significant reform.
